When handset is lifted from cradle, it activates a visible indication (LED) that contact has positively initiated. The ETC phone is ready for the operator to communicate with the system that is connected to the building firefighter emergency telephone communication system. Field configurable for different voltage operations for both supervised and non-supervised systems. The unit has a red epoxy finish with enhanced graphics in white indelible ink permanently marked for identification. Optional surface or flush mounting with no visible hardware.
